Social Work Responds was launched to support practitioners, educators, and regulators with the resources and information needed to make the adjustments forced on our society by the pandemic in March 2020. We have come a long way from those days, though in some respects, not far enough.

The safety of students, faculty and staff is paramount to CSWE and the threats of violence aimed at HBCUs, many of which have programs of social work, cannot be tolerated. At this time, we ask that the social work education community come together and, as you can, provide relief, resources, and assistance to our sister schools and their communities.
