The University of Arkansas’s School of Social Work has received the Champions for Social Justice Warrior Award from the Arkansas Support Network during the 26th annual Arkansas Support Network Honors Luncheon on July 17. The school’s field education program places student interns throughout the community to aid vulnerable populations and contribute to positive change in the Northwest Arkansas community. Professor Ananda Rosa, director of the field education program, accepted the award on behalf of the school. Read more here.
