2015 Gero-Ed Track Highlighted Sessions

The CSWE Gero-Ed Center and the Association for Gerontology Education in Social Work are pleased to host highlighted sessions of the 2015 Gero-Ed Track that address important issues in gerontological social work education such as aging and technology; person-centered and participant-directed competencies; and the field-based education model, the Hartford Partnership Program for Aging Education.

HPPAE: APM Panel and Web Resources

Current and former Hartford Partnership Program for Aging Education (HPPAE) programs are encouraged to attend the 2015 Annual Program Meeting panel session “HPPAE-ness is 16 Years of Success,” which will highlight best practices and innovations from enduring HPPAE programs across the country. New and updated HPPAE resources also will be posted on the Gero-Ed Center website throughout the year to support existing programs or help interested programs launch new HPPAEs.
