Presentation Formats
Proposal submitters must select only one presentation format per proposal.
- If you select the oral presentation format, you have the option of also being considered for an interactive poster.
- The Council on Conferences and Faculty Development will make the final decision on which presentation format best suits accepted proposals within the space available. Criteria for submission and acceptance of proposals are the same for all peer-reviewed presentation formats.
There are seven peer-reviewed presentation formats structured as follows.
Three presentation options: preconference workshops to be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
- Faculty Development Institutes (3 hours, up to 5 presenters)
- Field Directors' Development Institutes (3 hours, up to 5 presenters)
- Leadership Development Institutes (3 hours, up to 5 presenters)
Four presentation options: educational session formats to be held Friday-Sunday, November 4–6, 2016.
- Interactive Poster (60 minutes, up to 4 presenters)
- Interactive Workshop (60 minutes, up to 4 presenters)
- Oral Presentation (60-minute time block consisting of two 30-minute oral presentations; each to include a 10 minute Q&A; each may have up to 3 presenters)
- Panel (60 minutes, minimum of 2 presenters and up to 4 presenters)
