For what type of events are these requests?
These requests are for ancillary events held in conjunction with the 2015 APM activities by exhibiting groups and related organizations, including but not limited to advisory board meetings, business meetings, educational events, focus groups, and social functions. Any organization (commercial and nonprofit) that wishes to hold functions of any size or nature in either 2015 APM meeting properties during the October 15–October 17 time interval must complete an External Function Request online. The 2015 APM meeting properties where the external functions will be held are Sheraton Denver Downtown and Crowne Plaza Denver Downtown.
-
During what time intervals can these events be held?

CSWE will attempt to schedule your event as requested; however, the sheer number of events to be scheduled at the meeting prevents us from guaranteeing any particular date, time or location. All requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
What types of costs are involved?
For external function meeting space approved by CSWE, the room rental fee will be waived. Other charges that will apply include those for extensive meeting room setups, labor, food and beverage, entertainment, and audio visual equipment. CSWE will also provide one standing podium and wired microphone at no charge to the group.
-
When will decisions be announced?
Individuals will be notified of space assignments via e-mail the week of July 13, 2015. Confirmations will be sent to the contact person’s e-mail address that was included on the request form. Dependent on the location assignment of the event, the notification will include either Sheraton Denver Downtown or Crowne Plaza Denver Downtown staff contact information, a link to catering menus, meeting space floor plans, and the audio visual equipment costs.
