The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Pennsylvania Chapter has elected Phyllis Black (Marywood University) as a NASW Social Work Pioneer (Philadelphia [Southeast] Division). The Pioneer Program identifies and recognizes individuals whose unique dedication, commitment, and determination have improved social and human conditions.
