M. Social Work Leadership for Interprofessional Education and Practice
Although interprofessional collaboration is not new to social work educators, the emergence of identified competencies for interprofessional education and practice creates heightened opportunities and obligations for social work leadership. This institute will include presentations from and interactive discussions with social work educators who are current leaders in interprofessional education and practice.

N. Strategic Managing and Mentoring of Adjunct Instructors
This LDI will present a model for training and supporting adjuncts, providing an opportunity for attendees to engage with other leaders and develop a plan for implementation based on a program’s need for adjunct faculty members. Social justice implications for the implicit curricula will be explored regarding hiring and managing adjunct instructors. Solutions that address recruitment and mentoring issues for adjunct faculty members will be discussed.
